Why Attorneys are Using Digital Motion X-Ray
Digital Motion X-ray technology (DMX) is at the forefront of helping attorneys settle cases and achieve fair and reasonable settlements for their clients. It has aided in depositions, arbitrations and courtrooms throughout the country.
In the past, Attorneys used to settle for a much lesser amount because it was hard to prove ligament damage. Research shows that most people have headaches, pain in the back of their neck and increased pain with movement following a whiplash injury. These are all signs of ligament damage.
The American Medical Association (AMA) classifies ligament injuries as serious in nature and a permanent impairment rating of 5 to 8% can be given for each injured ligament.
What if you knew… one month post MVA… that your client had a 25% whole body impairment rating? It would completely change the way you practiced law and managed your time, wouldn’t it?
Imagine knowing what kind of case you had before it even got started!
By giving you demonstrable, visual evidence of your client’s permanent injuries, attorneys are receiving policy limits, and sometimes even more, for their client’s settlements.
